Returns

You are welcome to return the product within 14 days from the date you receive it through Canada Post (Tracking number can be used for reference of this).

Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused. It should be sent back in the same condition it was when you received it. 

Please note the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We really wish we could offer free shipping for returns and exchanges but unfortunately as a small business it is not possible due to high shipping costs and tighter profit margins. Please email us at advntrbrand@gmail.com to let us know the reason you are looking to return it and we will get back to you. 

Please take extra care when ordering, double check measurements and compare them to similar clothing you already own. If you have any questions prior to ordering please let us know.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted if:

• You are able to do the exchange locally in Windsor-Essex county 
• The products are unworn, unwashed, unused
